Messi patroonid on olnud tippkokk Angelica Udeküll ja Eesti Toiduainetööste Liidu juhataja Sirje Potisepp. Messi loomisel oli konsultandiks Dmitri Demjanov (Eesti Kulinaaria Instituut).

Eesti Toidumess - Sööma! toimus 2017, 2018, 2019, (2020 ja 2021 edasi lükatud tulenevalt COVID olukorrast) ja 2022. aastal Tallinna Lauluväljakul COVIDi-järgse Tallinna kobarmessi ühe teemamessina.

THE MISSION OF ESTONIAN FAIR - BON APPETIT!

To provide our people and those who visit Estonia with an overview of the current situation and development of the products and services in the sphere of food.

The patrons of the fair: Angelica Udeküll (chef) ja Sirje Potisepp (Estonian Food Industry Association). The consultant of the fair during the creating was Dmitri Demjanov (Estonian Culinary Institute).

Estonian Food Fair - Bon Appetit! was held in 2017, 2018, 2019, (2020 and 2021 postponed due to COVID situation) and in 2022 Tallinn Song Festival Grounds as one of the theme-fairs of post-COVID Tallinn Cluster Fair.
